makes me sick. You know damn sure that $25 each to those drivers probably went straight for beer and cigs. Tax free income. All because they essentially steal your car for money. They could care less about the logistics of parking spaces to start with - they just want your money. The thing is, they only get so much of that money when they take your car to the yard. They dont get all of it. Most of them only get $20 per car they bring in, the yard owners get the rest. But the thing is, if you can, get in the car and start it up. Put on your brakes and demand they put your car down. You dont have to pay them jack.
